The Rittenhouse Review
Just because when a major American city, in this case, Philadelphia, is going through major, and positive, growing pains, it needs an architecture and planning critic as astute and wise as the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Inga Saffron, whose work is always excellent, as exemplified in her Friday piece, “Outfitting a Ruin,” about the colonization, if that’s the word, by Urban Outfitters Inc., of a terrific space at the old Navy Yard here.
Read Saffron’s piece. It’s typically outstanding, even for Saffron.
