DRY, SO VERY DRY


I remember hearing that March was the fourth-driest on record, but I didn't realize the situation here was so serious: The commonwealth has put all 67 counties in Pennsylvania under a drought watch, that according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in, well, "All Pa. Counties Placed on Drought Watch."
