Philadelphia ranks 10th among 20 large American cities in the driver-reported prevalence of "road rage."
Cities leading the pack include Miami, Phoenix, New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. Pulling up the rear: Minneapolis, home of "Minnesota nice."
